Dawn M. Goetz, MBA, CPA, has extensive experience in tax preparation and planning, including individual, corporate, partnership/LLC, trusts, charitable remainder trusts, and estate. Dawn advises clients with foreign interests to assist in meeting the complex and ever increasing filing requirements imposed. Dawn also has experience with defined compensation and employee stock options planning and reporting. She is also experienced in financial accounting, including audit, compilation, review, and other types of financial reporting engagements of numerous clients in a variety of industries including retail, personal service, manufacturing, regulated utilities, and school tuition organizations.
Dawn's background in real estate, including 10 years in mortgage lending, makes her a valuable asset to many clients. The experience allows her to assist our clients in structuring, recording, and analyzing their real estate transactions, including IRC Section 1031 exchanges.
Dawn earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management where she graduated with distinction. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Minnesota State University - Moorhead.
